Can you connect an estate that is already built?
Yes. We survey existing roads, ducts and building entries and design a retrofit route that minimises excavation and disruption to residents.
Do residents pay SmartCity directly?
Either model works. Residents can subscribe individually, or the estate management can take a bulk agreement and include connectivity in service charges.
How long does an estate deployment take?
It depends on the size of the estate and the existing infrastructure. Your proposal includes a phased timeline following the site survey.
